Nice work! The music fits perfectly as well. But how did you manage to get that smooth lighting in the background? Was it kind of a table top with light from beneath? Is there any chance for you to explain how you shot this video? Would be pretty interesting for all of us to know ;)
part 2: so you could say cut to the next scene when a bubble you want the viewer to focus on.....AFTER it leaves a position(or shape etc) you love. That way you're isolating and selecting, and thus presenting your own thoughts......you might already be doing this. just thought i'd ramble a bit :)
one thing i can say about editing video in general, is with every scene, try to edit it so that it expresses only one complete action or idea. For an obvious example, if a person says "hi, my name is Mr. smith and I do stuff. When I blah blah blah...." If the only idea you needed was "hi my name....do stuff" and you don't need the blah blahs, you would cut before he said "when I." You can apply this logic to really fine tune and form an idea even with abstract images;
real nice observation man, like it. di you have problems editing this? Did you just edit straight from camera to fcp or Premiere Pro or you convert it first?
This is just remarkable video. Have you though of making "making of video" of this. I am on person interesting in how is this done your way, I'm pretty sure there are other too :D.
