It was this game and the NCAA tournament game against Marquette the year before that really sealed Tubby's fate at Kentucky, eventhough Tubby wasn't fired and actually left on his own accord. Anyways, the two years with these players that Tubby had they should have gone to 2 final fours and at least 1 title. It might have been a close game but UAB really had control of the whole game. Thanks Tubby way to ruin a undefeated SEC year.
