I'm blood type O and was disappointed to find out that I have to eat more meat...when I prefer to eat veggies and fruits! LOL guess a vegetarian/vegan diet wouldn't do my body too good in the long run. BTW just wanted to say that you are gorgeous and have one of the sexiest voices I have ever heard.

I'm an underweight Celiac, but I'm still struggling to gain my health (and now, weight, because I too am 5'6 and 100 lbs [and I've always been skinny but never that skinny]). I'm blood type A+ (also found out thru donating blood), but I like meat. Gluten-free helped with the worst of my issues, but I want to be REALLY better. When I need to go grocery shopping I'm giving this diet a try.
Who is Bernard? I will check out the links and see if you have this person listed....I've heard of the blood type diet but not anyone that has taken it totally to heart.
Have you given up smoking? Had to ask..I think, for obvious reasons...what does Bernard ??? think of smoking on the body? Looking forward to your next vlog. You are truly fascinating and amazing!

I lose weight really easy when I do not eat regularly and skip meals, but it is hard for me to gain weight. I have been this weight going up and down 5 pounds for about 10 years, I used to weight a 100 back then. I've always been underweight. However, am experiencing myself healthy with no physical problems that I can see.
I am A aswell :) And I like it haha because it has everything I already ate and liked. The thing which is unfortunate is tomatoes. Which I do experience if I eat to much it troubles my body. Also chickpeas, which I used to eat a lot. And like you: mango's and also I love parsnips lol. If I eat a little bit its not a problem. I could never let myself starve though, always liked to eat a lot. Im 5"9 1/2 and weigh 130 pounds. 100 pounds is really light! and more food = more poo lol
I just translated part of the diet into Dutch, and I have to change quite a lot in what i normally would eat, so I am finishing some food I had bought and yea cutting down on sugar as well. When I eat something sugarish I have a rush going on in myself for some time, I don't like.
same here with sugar- after i eat sugar i feel terrible, like i have no energy. i had been cutting back on sugar almost completely and then ate blueberry pancakes, it took me 2 days of mostly sleeping to recover
