though i agree about kids being kids, i doubt kids out for fun would care about a political sign. this was deliberate esp. since the owner of the sign tied it down because he said this happened repeatedly.
it's funny how people make these ridiculous, pointless (and illegal) efforts actually thinking that it's going to help their cause. It might even be a little entertaining if their efforts weren't so pathetic and negative.
