  • WOW!! I don't know what to say!! This is incredible Kappa. I'm a huge fan!

  • Beutifully done Kappa!

  • That was beautiful, even though like Marco noticed the mike looks big, maybe made in Texas.

  • @arvidmr ha ha ha...it is a big mic.....a condensor....I use it as a live gig bluegrass mic to pick up the band too. It's also blue and shiny like saphires...lol... one of the "prettiest" mics I've seen....so it makes a good "girl" mic :))

  • Beautiful, as always.

  • Singing this Patriotic Song, doing justice to it and doing it beautifully.

    THANK YOU

  • Coming from an English man, this is amazingly beautiful :)

  • thats the biggest microphone i have ever seen !!!

  • How about singing the Canadian National Anthem "OH CANADA"

  • Woah !!! Amazing cover... You're awesome... Great emotion which you get to me... As we say in France : BRAVO !!! A Frenchman who likes USA... ;-)))

  • Just beautiful Kappa. Thank you so much for taking the sting out of what Christina Aguilera did to this old soldier's favorite song. The NFL would have done well to have heard it first. They never would have hired her.

  • Absolutely wonderful performance as always. Incredible rendition. Though Kappa shouldn't you be singing the NAZI national anthem! I mean really! Don't you people see what's going on in this world? Maybe it's just me but freedom is what I've always believed in but yet have not witnessed it in America where I was born and raised.

  • I watched the lady sing this at the Super Bowl this year. Oh--If they had only called you!!!! Great job John

  • /(° _ °)

  • ....removes cap, places over heart. I love my country.... and Kappa. :)

  • if anyone needs that wannabe version of the Star Spangled Banner that was played at the Superbowl removed from their memory, send them a link to this one. Very, very well done, thank you Kappa for sharing!

  • Beautiful! Thank you for this stunning performance.

  • Simply beautiful! You never cease to amaze me, please keep them coming!

  • Great!!! This is American singing voice!!/(^0^)♪♪

  • Wow! A very moving rendition of our National anthem. I'm a vet and I really liked the way you sang it. It reminded me of the time I served in the military, when I was away from my family and friends and very far away from this great country, floating around on an aircraft carrier somewhere in the Indian Ocean for nine months. No more Chistina Aguillera, please, singing one of our national treasures.

  • beautiful, Kappa! I hope the world series planners look you up!.....better than any other version I have ever heard........

  • Stunning :-)

  • Wow.....

  • impressive like always, well done kappa

  • Very well done!!!! When sang from the heart this is the most beautiful song our nation has. It seems to me that when sang at major events the singers are in some sort of a contest of how they persent it. They should just sing from the heart as it was here. Thank you for this you did bring a tear to my eye.. Thanks again.

  • Thats great Kappa.

  • America!!!!!!!

  • Wow!!! Thank you.

  • Difficult (to sing) national anthem ,done beautifully !! Very well performed,Kappa.

All the Best, Greg. (Australian subscriber, whose wife (Sue) is a descendant of a leader of the British, in the American War of Independence : Gen.Burgoyne) Regards.

  • What a great presentation. Our founders would be well pleased with, and proud of you.

The event that inspired this song and it's outcome, pay tribute to America's lust for liberty. Perhaps we can again know freedom, through your inspiration.

  • girl get yo ass discovered you are amazing! :))) I'd buy your album anyday!

  • Great

    David

  • better than christina aguilera.. but that wasn't hard to beat hahah! Anyway, really really beautiful! :)

  • God bless America and thank you for your beautiful rendition

  • im not american , ive been to miami nyc and vegas and found the american people to be the most friendliest people i have ever met - honest people , who steadfastly stick to their principles of their anthem - great rendition Kappa, right up there with Marvin Gaye`s version at that all star game ! lovin your rendition

  • Play Ball! :) It's hard to take a song we've heard 1000 times and make it fresh and new, but you did. It's also hard to deviate with an iconic song and still have it embraced by purists and adventurists :) alike, but you did that too. IOW, one helluva job Kappa!

  • Thank you ,dear,We need some respect and dignity back in this nation,And your performance was flawless,Bless You....

  • Wow Wow ... Great ... thats the real America !

    Freedom to ALL PEOPLE !

  • @DiegoDuese yay to that...life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness for all people everywhere....:)) One of the things I love most about this country's ideals individual freedom...free to believe what my heart leads me to believe....and my neighbor beside me, the same.

  • @Kappadanielson Freedom is a strange word isn't it? Legal freedom and philosophical freedom are wonderful ideals - rarely if ever truly enjoyed. But when a minority abuse that freedom [and their power and influence] to deliver messages that are both at odds with the truth and the hopeful message and ideals of this, your anthem, you and your country have a huge problem. Having said that, your voice and your version make me wish I was more than the grandson of an American.

  • Beautiful!

  • WOW! This is incredible Kappa! This has to be one of the best renditions of The Star Spangled Banner that I have heard ever! Even better than The Dixie Chicks at The Superbowl a few years ago!

Have you ever sang this at an event?

  • very nice,I like it,nice Martin,sounds great

  • very nice,I like it

  • Your rendition of the National Anthem would bring chills to the most hardened cynic. Happy Presidents Day to you and yours. ~ Mark

  • Thanks Mark! Well...I think everybody needs a little dose of hope every now and then...@manriq47

  • The pictures rolling behind me are of my family helping to change the flag at Fort McHenry where the lyrics to the Star Spangled Banner were penned in the War of 1812. ;))))

  • Nice!

  • very nice VIVA OBAMA ****************
