I think Jessie missed the Bonus Tatooine and Nar Shaddas Quests If you get told by a Questline to return to your ship do NOT immeadiatly do that, check around first in Tatooines case the Questgiver was located at the Area of the Start Hanger if you go via fast travel or Fleet pass to your ship you will miss that naturaly and in Nar Shaddas case the Bonus is entwined in that Area with the Hidden Republic Base.

It's actually fairly simple to get it in Australia as long as you're willing to use up 25GB of your internet usage. The client is downloadable for free by anyone on the swtor site and cd keys can be bought from a variety of sites which you can find via google.
