thats probaly a beta all blood in this game save for the stains in the Shadow Temple was changed from red to green so the game could keep its E rating. This affects most notably Ganondorf puking after you beat him and the blood you can see when Link kills Ganon with the Master Sword

I bought OoT right when it was released and he has red blood when he coughs it up, but I've seen later versions where its green or not there or something. I just remember thinking, "Hey! Where's the blood?"

Nintendo probably took it out of the NA version after the first shipment (not sure, just speculating here)

The reason why Ganon coughs up blood:

In the Japanese version when Link kills Ganon he coughs up blood when they translated the Japanese to English, they edited this scene

by replacing it to Green Slime or Blood thing because LoZOT was rated E. So they were afraid Kids will see this so they edited it.

Be glad, if 4kids did this, There won't be any blood at all and every chractor will be using staffs and not stabbing people :P
