Jail time for simple possession of marijuana, standing up for our rights!

I recently learned that any drug possession is legal because the law has been repealed. You have to go to a law library and look up U.S.C. Title 21 Chapter 841. In the book you will see that it has been repealed. That is why the government can also possess and manufacture because it is legal.

The only reason I stated that "Crimes Stick" easier is because there are fewer and fewer "good" police officers day by day so we have no one on our side that has an establishment in our "Local" Government. I agree with every word you said. I do believe without Jesus in my life, I too be selling dope. I have been through so much it's not even funny, by the age of 17. The only reason I made it is because I paid attention to flaws in laws and got myself out of a-lot of legal issues with my mouth.

Man, I know the situation. The only issue is it is just beginning for me, and in our generation right now, today, thing's are worse as far as crimes sticking. Today, our "Social Programs" are just about sucked dry. I, like you, want to be self sufficient. As of today, I have never had to resort to a "Social Program", but lucky me if it ever came down to it, I was labeled "Bi-Polar" so I can get S.S. I don't want to. I am young, and I can do a-lot of things.

I am so happy that our laws aren't that bad in Canada. We only get fines for possession. It's $150 fine for less than 15 grams.

but medical marijuana is legal in Canada. Canada contracts a company, Prairie Plant Systems, to cultivate and package seeds and/or dried marijuana for shipping of a monthly supply to eligible patients. A packet of 30 seeds costs $20, plus taxes. Dried marijuana costs patients CA$150 for 30 grams

Yeah it's nice not to get arrested for possession, I got busted with 12 grams and go $150 fine. That was a few years ago and I didn't even know it was just a fine, The took the weed, gave me a fine and I was like Damn that's cool, I thought I was going to jail that day.

But even the laws for sales aren't all that bad. I am not sure if they differentiate from the US but my friend got busted with 11 pounds and 100 speed pills and only served 90 days.

It will happen for us some day. But I expect we will legalize it and tax it like alcohol. That is my daily prayer!

Yeah that's what we are trying here to. We want to legalize it completely and tax it and be able to sell it in shops. We have 4 or 5 political parties here that want that. But it is mainly the US that is stopping us right now. We tried to do it once and the US threatened to close down the borders.

I often wonder what our politicians are smoking. It's not pot, or they would have common sense.

My plan is to continue to support "The National Initiative for Democracy", which puts the vote back in the people's hands with ballot initiatives.

That way we won't have to depend on corrupt politicians who get paid off by bias lobbyists.
