if you watch closely, at :48 seconds into the video, when Hercules gets PowerBombed, you can totally see him hold his hands behind his neck to prevent himself from taking serious impact. Even back then, I saw that and thought, "this is his last match". And it pretty much was.
Herc's contract with the WWF was just about to end and he already planned on jumping ship to WCW. WWF made him do the job in a squash and out of disgust Herc no sold the match ala Ultimate Warrior style.
He appeared in WCW about two weeks later as the "Super Invader"
i had no idea at the time he had grown back his beard well a year later i did see him in a november 1993 wrestling magazine with his hair real long & i also didnt know he turned face again one last time as well
@steeltownbrown52 yep i remember that match i think it was MSG december 1991 & he defeated another jobbers to the stars talent january 31 in MSG greg valentine who was leaving to & he lost to owen hart march 9 1992 Prime time wrestling yea 92 was a year for a lot of enchantments talents leaving to make upcoming stars like sid justice & owen hart & evening the then new undefeated native american tatanka
@goldsmith1210: Not quite. It was his last singles match on TV. The Berzerker d. Hercules at a house show on February 24, 1992. However, Hercules was in a battle royal on the April 20, 1992 episode of Prime Time Wrestling that was taped February 23, 1992.
Sid and Vince must have been pissed at Herc no selling any moves. Byebye Hercules.

I guess Herc burned the bridge with WWE with his no selling. And to Sid's credit, he lifted dead weight with that power bomb.

I'd like to know what Sid yelled at Herc following the pin...I'm guessing it wasn't "Thanks for a great match..."

@stone85 I think Herc was more of a tweener after the 5th Annual Survivor Series(91'). He had another match with Warlord round' that time as-well.
