  • Ur in your normal weight range. Just don't lose anymore weight, then you will be under weight. What you need to do is workout. Just by looking at you, u don't look very strong.

  • I'd like to discover whether anybody read of DietOramy weight-reduction plan regime (google for more info)? I've found of it from a friend who dropped plenty of unwanted fat, although he is kind of a fanatic, so is there anybody regular out there :D to help validate the actual value of this diet?

  • have you seen videos of slaughterhouses? I saw one about mcdonalds totally made me cry.

  • Hey, Im on that diet

  • Stop obesssing about your weigh. It's really not a accurate measurement for anything. If you looked toned with no gross fat showing off and a smooth healthy skin...whould you really CARE how much you weigh?

What really matter is the aestethic part(especially in this society) and you health status.(good indicators of health can be shown by blood work,by how you feel,by a strong immune system that protects you against diseases and o on).

  • everything in moderation thats what I say!

  • I luv the way ur hair looks in this video, it looks really cute, If I cut my hair shorter, I would like it like that!

  • Yoga and vegan diet. Better for you and the planet. Not to mention as you get older your metabolism will slow down, and all of that junk food won't keep your skin as lovely as it is.

    Good luck to you!!

  • When I began being a vegetarian I wasnt really educated on the truth about what meat and dairy does to your health, the environment, world hunger, and the abuse the animals endure. The best thing I did was to read books on it and I've managed to maintain for 3 years. I do not see myself ever eating meat again.

The Food Revolution is a great book with tons of information.

I can tell that your heart knows its wrong, you just have to commit to yourself that you are going to do the right thing.

  • Hey if you have a hard time quitting meat, just think about this: we are animals, and animals kill and eat other animals, always have. YES, slaughter houses are TERRIBLE, but think about how lions or sharks kill their prey, they rip it to shreds! :( But to avoid a guilty conscience over the way animals are treated (which I can't stand as well, I love animals!), you can always try Kosher foods, one of the aspects of it is that the animal is killed in the most humane way possible!

  • @mrgn90 the difference between a lion and people is the fact we have a conscience. were are also very capable of growing our food instead of hunting it. i do believe plants have seeds for a reason :D and kosher foods are a joke there is no pleasent way of killing an animal or humane way etc watch Earthlings and watch what they do at a "kosher" slaughter house. its a choice that each individual person has to decide for themselves. The benefits to your environment and body is AMAZING!!

  • yah i love meat too much lol. i watched food inc and i wanted to stop eating meat and felt so bad.......then 7 hours later i was hungry and went to burger king and got a whopper jr cuz i only had 3 dollars LOL

  • omg im reading this book and i got to the meat chapter..........

one of the things in meat is: dichlorodiphenyltrichloroethane... i dontknow what it is and i dont want to........ :(

  • I've been a vegetarian for about 5 months and it's so hard cause I live in a hispanic atmosphere where steak is cooked like every friday and saturday night. :(!

  • OMG, you are gorgeous! I'm so jealous!!!!

  • love this book its amazing! xx

  • YOUR SO HOT

  • I wanna welcome U to my list of friends :o) I've also subbed to your channel. Thanks for sharing your knowledge and wonderfun living to You =oD

  • I LOVE hearing your thought on animal eating in this video. I wanna let ya know, if abstinence from flesh is practiced for several months.. .it get's a lot easier to turn away meet at any dining setting. I used to love Ham and Turkey and liked Chicken. I never cared for the taste of cow muscle though. I've been vegan for several years now and am actually grossed our by the thought and smell of meat these days. I also wanna recommend organic Rice milk subbing Soy. Soy can trouble the thyroid.

  • Omg u should watch food Inc. I stopped eating meat for3 month. Now I only eat organic. I couldn't be vegetarian......lol

  • @hope411friends yeah I've seen that! i want to stop eating meat but it's hard!!!!!!!!!!

  • @BrittneyNGray Mushrooms, avocados, and lentils are useful for fighting meat cravings.

  • @hope411friends iv been a vegetarian from the day and hour i watched a documentary on animal cruelty on chickens in factories and theres no "hard" in it.. theres only knowing ur doing good.

  • @hope411friends watch earthling. You'll stop eating meat for EVER.

  • you've got the right idea about not just dieting when you are overweight but dieting to maintain your weight! Because trust me, in another 10 years it wont be as easy :) I spent my entire life being underweight any wishing I could gain. I developed bad habits that are finally starting to catch up with me. Dieting isn't really a temporary thing just to lose weight.. it has to be a lifestyle change in order to keep the weight off permanently .. That's the HARD part! :)

  • Good luck!!! Skinny Bitch changed my life! You're beautiful, keep it up.

  • @summerdreams3000 well we don't know for sure like. When it is in a factory how we know what's in it? Ever see people messing in resturants and spitting on food and all that.no one can tell!

  • @summerdreams3000

there is puss. witch is just as nasty

  • I hope your still with the vegetarian journey! I'm a late viewer, but I'm glad to know people still have a heart to not want any part of supporting the meat industries.

    Good luck!

  • I support the fact that you want to make such good lifestyle changes. Just fwiw, I've been a vegetarian for 5 years now and it really does make you feel healthier. The first week I cut out meats I dropped 20 pounds (mind you, I'm almost 2 inches shorter than you and MUCH heavier). I'm able to get my proteins from healthier sources such as fish, beans, avocado, nuts and soy. The most important part is to really cut out the junk. It helped me to cut out soda and as much processed foods as possible

  • @SingingInTheRain92 - Fish isn't a vegetable...therefore you are technically not vegetarian if you eat fish. You are pescatarian. I'm vegan...so this is really frustrating for those of us who do not eat any animal at all because most people are confused and think we still eat fish. Please do not call yourself a vegetarian. :)

  • @RachelMarie81 Please do not tell me what I should call myself. =) You're a vegan so someone with common sense should know that's different than a vegetarian.

  • @SingingInTheRain92 - Yes...vegan is different than vegetarian. But vegetarian is also different than someone who eats fish.

Pescatarian - One who eats fish and vegetables and abstains from all other meats.

Vegetarian (Most commonly ovo/lacto vegetarian) - One who does not eat any meat, including fish, but consumes milk, dairy, eggs.

Vegan - One who does not consume any animal product, including milk, dairy nor eggs. Many vegans do not even consume honey.

  • @SingingInTheRain92 - I'm not trying to start a war with you. I'm just saying that you are technically not 'vegetarian'. You are pescatarian if you eat fish. What does it matter...it's only a label.

  • @RachelMarie81 I understand. I'm just saying i think it was out of line for you to tell me that i'm not a "real' vegetarian just because I eat fish about once a month and that I'm going to confuse people into thinking that vegans can eat fish. I know what a pescatarian is but honestly, the word "vegetarian" is very loosely defined. People in other parts of the world hear the word "vegetarian" and they think it means not eating red meats. So know your facts before you correct others.

  • @SingingInTheRain92 - Vegetarian isn't 'loosely defined'. It's VEGETABLES - hence VEGetarian! Fish ISN'T a vegetable. I'd ask you to know YOUR facts before you get so defensive about something. I was merely stating the truth. I'm done arguing with you...you're ignorant and not worth arguing with. As for anyone else who reads this...if you eat fish, you aren't a vegetarian. Fish has flesh and isn't made of tofu. It was once a breathing living thing...therefore it is a MEAT.

  • @RachelMarie81 All I had said was that I was a vegetarian, but I ate fish. I didn't know the term for "pescetarian" however long ago that was. I know it now. The way you're acting isn't going to want to cause anyone to be like you. Name calling isn't going to make you more convincing. Sorry if I offended you or something, but it's kind of petty. Also, tofu isn't even that healthy for you. Too much soy can cause cancer, weight gain, and other issues. I'm allergic to soy.

  • @SingingInTheRain92 - Yes, you did offend me. You basically said I didn't know my facts. I've been vegan for a long time and I know my facts. This isn't some fad diet that I decided to go on. I've studied it. I've worked with cultures from around the world. Don't tell me to know my facts before I correct someone. I'm not trying to convince people to be like me. Hell...eat fish if you want. I only told you that if you eat fish- you're not vegetarian. Period.

  • @SingingInTheRain92 It should be common sense that vegetarians don't eat things that once had a face. Sp you most likely knew you weren't a vegetarian. You just didn't bother to figure out the term for what you were. :/

  • @MuffinShrimpTaco I've already discussed this. =/ If it makes any difference, I became a vegetarian when I was 13. I HAD no common sense. xD

  • @RachelMarie81 I HATE eating fish, btw. The only reason I do is because my mother makes me. Don't get me wrong - I would be on a 100% raw vegan diet if it my mother wasn't so concerned about it. But do you have any IDEA how hard it is to try and be completely vegetarian when you can't even eat most foods because soy is in basically everything from soups to breads and desserts?

  • @SingingInTheRain92 - Yes, I do know how hard it is. I'm vegan. Guess what...it's not that hard. I don't have food allergies, but for a while I avoided soy. It's completely possible. And...I don't care what you eat. I merely told you in the first post that if you eat fish (or beef, or chicken, or pork, or shrimp...or goat testicals for all I care), you are not vegetarian. VEG- means vegetables. Now I know it's hard for people who don't garden...but animals don't come up out of the ground.

  • @RachelMarie81 Also, exactly, it is only a label yet you felt the need to point it out.

  • @SingingInTheRain92 - If I drive a ford, I'm not gonna tell everyone it's a mercedes. Be honest about what you are. I don't care if you eat fish...just don't tell everyone you're vegetarian if you do. If I eat cheese or eat meat, I'm not gonna tell people I'm vegan.

  • first of all you do not to lose any weight..many people don't realize that when you cut things out of your diet such as meats you need those protiens and it's hard to make up for them..and you do not need to diet to maintain yor weight

  • @Lluvhoney1 actually you can get a sufficient amount of protein from more natural sources such as avocados, tofu, nuts, beans or fish (if you're counting a fish as a not "meat" meat).

  • i support you in your lifestyle change. i am VERY over weight and have never been skinny all my life but if i was your size i would go on a diet to make sure i stay that way so i get you. i went vegitarian for a month last summer it was hard but i did it. it's just that you have to find different ways to get enough protien and stuff wich is hard sometimes. i wish you luck :)

  • you're very skinny so you don't need to lose weight...but I know how annoying it is when you hit a plateau and you can't lose anymore...it sucks...so good luck, stay strong!

  • good luck to you:)

  • I totally understand you, i have same problem: i want to lose weight to, i m like almost under normal but im not skinny , i have big hips, butt, ..everybody always say you dont have to lose weight..blablaaa...I decided to do diet, because i want smaller hips so i will start like first nov. ...

  • I read Skinny Bitch and it was one of the best things I've ever done! If you do this, you will definitely feel better inside and out. You'll lose that 5 pounds and overall just have tons more energy...just start slowly and do it gradually. I use to eat meat everyday at every meal...my fav food was steak too...but I'm telling you, its the best thing you can ever do to your body is give up the junk and adopt this lifestyle! I send you positive energy you skinny bitch! LOL

  • Good luck on your journey! I think it is always a great idea to live a healthier lifestyle and I hope you keep us posted with your changes and progress! n_n

  • I appreciate your support :)

  • GREAT idea! -__-

  • @BrittneyNGray hahahahaha

  • good luck! keep doing your research!

  • Thanks!
