@MisterLegoGuy It gives you an achievement. You can also select it from the campaign menu to activate it. It alters the game in some way. It should show a description of what it does. Otherwise, just google it.

@TheWilt419 They did.In Halo Reach there are going to be many Spartans.It's just because all of them except 117 were killed.

@halo3productions911 if u mean that their are many spartans in reach cuz they made more after halo 3 you are dead wrong. halo reach is the before halo 1, 2 and 3 but after halo wars thus the spartans have not all died YET.

I said that in Halo Reach there will be many Spartans. There aren't any Spartans in the original Halo trilogy due to all were killed except 117.

In the lifetime of all my accounts,no.

I had an old account called RedVBludMate(or something like that).I had a few skull video tuts on that account,all recorded with my video camera.The day I finally realized I had a TV Tuner(If I can play xbox on my computer and I can record live TV....why not put the two together?DUH),i started doing it this way.

hey i was playing this part and if you listen cortana says " hey what's your name" "oh You like Games" which is what Dr. Halsey Said to master chief when she was starting the SPARTAN II project. i found that funny.

Now before I start, have u ever read or played any of the Halo games or books? anyway, Dr Haysley, (I can't remember completely) but im pretty sure she invented the Spartan program. When she died (or before- can't remember), her brain imfragments were sent to make a AI, Cortana. Now Cortanta has memories and knowledge Dr. Haysley :)

If you read all the books and finish all of the games, it will all make sense!

i got up there and its not there and i did it on legendary but do u have to do it at mission start?

you don't have to do it on legendary.

i'd recommend finding the skulls on normal and yes you always have to start from the begining.

yea man that skull is really well hidden but i do hear of an extra skull in the room before u find cortana.

yeah, ive found that skull, its just an extra blind skull like the one in sierra 117, it does the same thing
