Its attached to the wall cloud the whole time at the begining their is a lowering next to it but thats just part of the wall cloud.

I called that night the night of the IL twisters. I am deathly scared of tornadoes. but like a miracle, the storm cell "calmed down" when it hit my county. I was freaking out and checking the weather every 5 minutes that night!But wow.THAT was crazy.

I'm just curious. At the start of the video, the tornado is to the right of the wall cloud lowering? Yet the tornado keeps going and that lowering/wall is gone? Don't they usually come out of the wall cloud?

@JSchmidt259 Yeah I've had a few people ask me that. Short answer is, I'm not sure. The storm was about 3 miles away and quickly moving away from me (which is why I couldn't get closer, to answer some other comments). It does look like it's not coming from the wall cloud. If so, this isn't impossible, but you're right that it isn't common. Hopefully we'll know more someday!

@wycislo I have seen this before, I saw two tornadoes on the ground at once in Orlando Oklahoma on May 24, 2008. Both tornadoes were to my right of the wall cloud. I didn't think much of it at the time I was filming and watching the tornadoes. I also saw a vid where the wall cloud totally disappears, then a tornado spawned without the wall cloud being there.

@thedarkpoets Ended up being an EF2. Heavy damage in downtown Elmwood, but much of the rest of the town wasn't damaged as badly. No serious injuries, either. Thankful for that.

the was some in toldeo bout 4 or 5 i dont know i was in the basement it was around toledo and it was like battle ship but 5 people died and old woman died by getting swoped out of her car and another died in the shower his 2nd story building got destroyed
