It all has to do with how Reimu On Drugs came to be. ZUN, being the heavy alcoholic he is, gathered up all the touhou girls and got them very very high. Aya took her camera and filmed a lot of them, therefore you have this video, Reimu On Drugs. Sakuya and Yuka were not happy with this and forced YouTube to remove the ones with them so no one can see their true, druggie ways.
