I question this part. Because of the way vaccines work, a certain % of the population will always be at risk. I question this part. Because of the way vaccines work, a certain % of the population will always be at risk. But all these microbial epidemics- mad cow, bird flu, swine flu, flesh eating bacteria- are not the product of a conspiracy by some shadowy group, they are the result of all collective human activity.
