This is taken from SOS album SHAPES & PATTERNS (1997)...Highly regarded as my personal fave among any SOS album--save for their latest BEAUTIFUL MESS (2008).
I said it once and I'll say it again: I liked this "Monica from FRIENDS" bobcut Corinne had, made her looked beautiful--Corinne is beautiful, regardless. In a 2001 concert SOS did, Corinne let her long grow, looked like "Trinity" from THE MATRIX trilogy. Nevertheless, Corinne looked good in leather. Corinne is legendary beauty.

It makes me feel like the spirit is flying through a balmy summer breeze...looking down over city lights ready to hone in on the one you love....and you find there is nowhere else in the world you'd want to be! Not corny at all, Riverlover...That's what this song is about...Finding that someone, somewhere in the world. I found mine. And, this song always remind me of the one I found. Now, that's CORNY...But, I don't give a bugger! I still like like the "Monica" hairstyle Corrine had over ten years ago. From Swing Out Sister's newest CD (Import, only) that came out a couple months back, Corrine went back with the China doll look as she did 20 years ago. Still, Corrine is FINE!

Yes.....something is just magical about this music..her voice.... It is so good to see how many people find this so captivating.... LOVE her! Such a smooth and sexy singing voice...this is the kind of stuff that never dies...It is still sleek and sexy...Most of all CLASSY! Great long distance dedication tune...makes you want to get on a plane on a bright sunny day and fly off into the clouds to see a loved one! COrinne and Andy have more talent in their pinky finger than many of today's artists have combined.Hype can only get you so far,you need skill to get over the mountain.They let their performances do the talking.Its a shame that the record companies promote acts that can be guests on the Jerry Springer rather than acts that can perform at the Oscars.SOS forever!!!
