@thazeris ok i recommend checking the drivers for your graphics as this can be the problem causing your windows to open and close very slow also do a virus check make sure your hard drive is clear of threats. I will do a tutorial on these today for you.

To move that 3D menu backwards, hold Win-Shift before pushing Tab.
