I think a factor for the sucky crowd is that this was at Cornerstone. I'm a Christian dude and TDWP rocked at Heavenfest, but something about Christian festivals is people are afraid to go nuts for some reason. If this video was filmed at Warped it would have been way better.

The crowd sucks, but they don't have a very good stage presence here either. When you're playing live, it doesn't really matter how good you play, the actions of the crowd are only as good as the people playing. If the band is real into it, with syncronised headbanging, and swinging guitars and jumping round heaps, then the crowd will be better. It's that simple.
