  • oh... my... god.... your a fucking legend! x

  • whats the material you're spraying on top of? I'm just wondering cause I'm new and very interested in this kind of art and I think normal paper would obviously be wrong to use cause its too thin, or not I might be wrong haha but anyway oh I have one more question how expensive are the cans of paint you usually buy? just so that I have some reference. Thanks!

  • @Hardboi01 He is spraying on glossy paper. And spray cans are usually around $4-8. The cheapest from my experience are from Walmart. But there are cheaper places to go(:

  • @Indigofire1o9Videos ahh thanks a lot dude :D

  • When you said you never go with over spray and that's how you keep it glossy what did you mean? I wasn't very sure. And when you make the waterfall Is the flat side always touching but touching very lightly? Thanks!

  • Now do you use paper or canvas??

  • Your a beast!!

  • @loserbrolol123 Yes I am. lol

  • what type of spray paint and paper do you use?

  • Do you need glossy paint or paper, or both?

  • @levisarts what brand of paint would you recomend? i got blue and green cans of montanna, and 2 other cheap ass 1s and made a balls of my first attempt didnt have glossy paper or clear gloss.

  • yu needa sell these things,

  • When using stencils for the paintings I have heard of several different options for the materials to use (which would you recommend): heavy stock matte finish photo paper, vellum paper (parchment), card stock, plastic/acrylic, Grafix Dura-Lar/ Dura-Lar Matte, clear transparencies, manila folders, Bee Paper Stencil Oil Board, or plastic presentation/report covers?

Your suggestions on their use would be greatly appreciated.

  • @beanieboy007 It really depends on what your are stenciling. And all of the for mentioned items will work well. But for cost I would say vinal works well and can be bought pretty much anywhere for about a dollar per yard. It is easy to cut with an X-acto knife and can be used multiple times. Any mi-lar masking films will cost a little bit, but they are very good for fine art applications.

  • @beanieboy007 Also do note that if you need to secure vinal or poster paper to a surface, a low-tack spray adhesive works very well. Adhesives are easy to get as well. Just make sure to use a low tack and let it dry for a few minutes before attaching it to the artwork you are working on.

  • YES! that's all i needed to know, how to make rings thanks =)

now i can make my 2meter tall, 3meter wide version of the universe for my art project haha, wish me luck,

but it's on canvas though, is it still similar?

  • ty for the video! but just 2 questions: dont u think u waist a lot of paint? and how much do u charge for 1 painting?

  • I really don't waist to much paint. For this size they are $15.00 plus S&H. It is 11"x14"

  • whats paper do you do it?

  • poster board i sell it on my website

  • Thanks for the tutorial, I've asked others how to do these things, rings and such and no one will answer. Thank you again for this informative video. BTW, I did subscribe. = D

  • what is a good start for this

  • hey, nice to see another vid Levi :) One question though, when you were holding the scraper below your mountain range/rocks, were you letting that scraper touch the art? or were you just holding it close to it?

it seems like you might get a line if you press down too hard with it to get that straight edge.

  • I was letting it touch the painting. long as you do not move much you will not get a line...You don't want to press hard just lay it on the painting and make sure you don't move you're hand to much.

  • *****

    awsome video

the finish product always looks so good

    keep makin the vids

  • Good job man. You should make these more often, I think you'd get a good following going.

Good highlights on the rocks by the way, you do that by pressing harder with your fingertip? Haven't seen that done so efficiently before!

  • perfect tutorial !! this has helped me alot with my art, the volume is rather low but none the less it's i find this video just perfect =D

  • LOL sorry about the sound some where i lost my favorite microphone so i had to use a cheapy.. Even with the boost all the way up it was still very low...

  • its kool, i had to use headphones but still visually i can see how you get it done, thats all that matters to me when learning knew stuff, im definitely gunna make a nice video for you my good friend ^_^ !
