  • Oh my god. What has happened to my country's culture. Watching this makes me ashamed to be irish and even more ashamed to be a traditional musician.

  • really amazing and good luck for 2010 from Germany ;-)

  • I don't think I've ever seen a standing ovation that last's that long! These guys are amzingly talented!

  • The children are only part Irish. Like all Americans, they are a mix of many European nationalities including Irish, Scottish, English, German, Check, Norwegian, Polish, and possibly Russian.

On their father side they are part Scotch Irish. The first Willis ancestors came to the US in the early 1600s. They were some of the first off the boat in Jamestown. In fact, all the Willis boys have Scott as their middle name. So that is why they are wearing Scottish or English tartans.

  • Not all Americans are a mix of many European nationalities. ;)

Good dancing and musicianship though. Bravo.

  • well i can see why they came first!!

  • Nope, it is not Dean Crouch. The Willis kids recorded this themselves.

  • The dancers took traditional tunes and arranged and recorded themselves.

  • the little lassies are cute!
