Good job. You fall to a great trap that many guitarists fall into though. Stop changing the tone and the volume of the song. Slash would slap you if you did that. I have no problem with changing it from lead to rhythm, but there's no point in changing it all the time.

@hackerwacker4 I know that. But I'm saying it's unnecessary. There's no problem with switching from lead to rhythm, but when you're messing with your tone and volume it's a waste of time. Just stick with one for one song. Do you really think Adrian Smith goes through nine sounds a song? No. He uses just one. And that's what I like. Besides, I've never seen Slash do that and I've seen many of his live videos.

If you could find a 50's Tribute model, go for it! Those P90s and the finishes across all of those models are stellar. Wish they were still in production.

The regular Studios have BurstBuckers and come with varying prices. The faded models are quite a steal for around $800. I'm not a fan of all the gloss on the others, but the fireburst does look great. It's really just a matter of your opinion, as they're all pretty good guitars.

a little tip tough.....at the start of the solo put your humbucker selector up (neck pickup) then at 4:07 of the vid (the fast part) change it to the bridge pickup

this will give you the "slash" warm tone
