  • why do they keep calling the husband a loser?? they dont know anything about him.

  • @itscat92 Becasue they did

  • @MRmr011 mature.

  • @itscat92 Thank you

  • Corrado Passera - Intesa San Paolo Bank

I kindly invite you to explain publicly why in 2004 you have hidden to the Judiciary District of Ragusa, managed by commissioner Doctor Agostino Fera, the bank account 10/645629 owned by Mrs Campo Innocenza Maria and why you have never answered to the exposals of denunciation dated 30th December 2009 and instead you have let us wait so many years without answering and let Mrs Innocenza Maria die in the pain that someone has when deprived of all her money

  • You cant hide money from your spouse by law everything that is in your account is joint meaning they both g=have acces to it

  • maybe he invested with Martha Stuart.

  • put some money in a secret bank account so you can commit fraud in case of devorce.

  • WOW 0.0. Ana you have some nice Jugs.

  • I heard about this couple that has 3 accounts, one for each person and another one they share. It sounds like the way to go especially since the woman is a shopaholic.

  • She is stealing

  • most married women i know have secret bank accounts. hell most married couples i know dont even have joint bank accounts. what kind of marriages are these. i dont mind people having their own accounts in addition to the family money but a family should trust each other enough to at least have one joint account for family expenses. i guess i am old fashioned

  • sometimes I wish Cenk really was a judge.

  • @HRRyan2 He actually served as a prosecutor.

  • I just want to suck on Ana's nipples. I don't care about her money.

  • I was going to watch this, but the ads are so annoying I switched to another video

  • Prenups? Fine. Establish separate bank accounts? Fine.

But hiding money from your spouse? What else are you going to hide from your spouse? Why the hell did you get married?

Do you trust him/her? Do you love him/her? Take your time and know the person, get married and share... instead of getting married halfway. Why get married and not be able to commit fully? How would you feel if you totally fell for someone and the whole time they were duping you?

  • 4:57-5:05- smartest thing said in this entire video.

  • A fine? So the state should get payed for her being done wrong? How's that right?

  • Prenups: Use them

  • Next time a girl tells me no secrets between us, ill show her this vid

  • every person should have their own bank account for emergency purposes and i agree my mother also told me to have my own hidden money .. and female is entitled to have half and these days females make half or even more of that money anyway.. Guys are just offended because they are no longer needed.

  • @kristina3184 lol i keep a huge 12grand safe at mt dads place in there there is thousainds of dollars in cash every oppurtinity i get i take the money form my banks and put the money in there if i get divorced shell get shit you want half you can take 50 percent of my shit

  • @geekforlifevandc haha nice

  • @kristina3184 I knew it wouldn't take long for the lezbo crowd to pipe in. Just remember that the law works both ways which is precisly why a lot of gays/lezzies don't want to get married.

  • @kristina3184 So you'd be happy with guys hiding money from their wifes? Or is that different, from a stupid cunt point of view.

  • every person should have their own bank account for emergency purposes and i agree my mother also told me to have my own hidden money

  • im not married, but i believe that each partner should have their own bank account (in addition to a Joint account), but not hide it. if you really love and trust your partner, then you shouldnt have to hide the fact that you have your own account

  • I am not a fan of separate bank accounts. If someone feels taken advantage of in case of joint bank accounts then I feel there isn't enough understanding and trust in that marriage to begin with to make it last. And in regards to this story: I don't think Chase is responsible for refunding her the money she CHOSE to give her husband, BUT there has to be some penalty for breaching the privacy agreement.

  • Maybe the dumb whore shouldn't have gotten married.

  • men hide money from their wives all the time. idk why it's such a big deal this lady did it.

  • Exactly why women and men need separate accounts. My mom was married twice, and twice the dumbfuck she married ran off with hundreds of thousands of dollars. Vice versa I'm sure with women.

  • i don't blame the wife for hiding money from him, especially if he has a habit of losing money.

  • 1:35

    Bullshit.

They're married, so the money belongs to both of them.

  • The stupid wife should have put the money in a different bank.

  • 16sag7 - good point but the bank is liable for disclosing the information.

  • WTF. Why is it when a woman hides money shes beening smart and save but when a man does hes bein selfish and a jerk? Shes a bitch and if they get divorced he should try to get atleast half that money. Any woman would most definitly go after that

  • If your husbands a failed investor then i think it would be wise to hide money. I see it as a white lie to prevent their family from going bankrupt

  • Damn if I met Ana I'd ask her out in a heartbeat shes sexy as Hell ;)

  • Why the wife didn't divorce that dick in the first place is beyond me. If I were married, I would also have a separate bank account because if my spouse handles her money unresponsibly, then I wouldn't be affected.

  • Actually in some states the bank is correct. They are called tattle tale letters. I have had to inform a husband who's wife was actuallty wanting to buy a car alone.

  • You don't just make a million in one day just being a dentist, she invest and flip it while it sits there over a peroiod of time.. just think about all the money we spend in a life time it's well over a million dollars.

  • She should sue the bank! How many men hide money?

  • this is BS jayar & cenk. why do you assume the man has to be more successful that thw wife ? it could be joint investment money that they each put away, he unwisely invested his, and she wisely stuck hers in an interest account. WHY do you HAVE to assume that the man has to be the breadwinner or the reason for the availaility of funds ! such a crock in this day & age !!

  • i bet the woman is cheating on hubby!

  • what I'm getting is that she saved her income and spent his, not fair.

  • hahahaha A. the husband is a total loser lol

  • Who are they to define fucking marriage?!

  • lmfao, lotta fillings jokes

  • God damn...I usually love YoungTurks, but they need to learn the fucking subjunctive.

  • y does the girl almost never look at the camera? if you realize it in EVERY tyt video after she finishes saying something she automatically looks at Cen, in most cases. And even besides that, she barely ever looks directly at the camera ever. Idk but it kinda looks unproffesional to me.

  • are this guys from turkey or turkmenistan?

  • All of this wouldnt have happened if they didnt keep secrets from each other

  • no people did need to do that more often becuz u kno when people get a divorce one person always get more money and leaves the other person to dry out that wouldnt happen if they did the same thing this women is doing

  • So by your definition, divorce is implied?

Where does the trust come in then?

If couples started doing that more, it would make the option of divorce more lucrative instead if one spouse or the other trying to work it out.

  • nigga u lame i bet u i yo 30's

  • ANA you took the words right out of my mouth..

if this is your husband, the man that you love and married and you want to hide 800,000 dollars from him then you have no buisness being with that man. I think its more the womans fault then the man

  • yeah! the wife is a greedy slut! ir she's unfaithful.

  • dont advertise ur cunt channel here u frofreak12.

  • I think women would be hella surprised at how many men do the same thing to wives they deem to be untrustworthy etc - with the divorce laws being so biased, Swiss bank accounts on the side are golden.

  • The women in my family are constantly advising my sisters & female cousins to 'hide' money from the husbands in case of a divorce. Of course they also believe that they are entitled to half of everything else beyond that secret savings.

If it weren't for my own wife being the least sexist person I ever met I would have wished to be gay. So many women truly believe they 'earn' money for being with a guy.

"What's yours is ours, what's mine is mine"

  • In New York, if one spouse hides assets, and that is discovered, then 100% of it goes to the other spouse. So- I like that rule.

But anyway- it's that kind of attitude (have a secret bank account just in case you decide to divorce him, you'll have that plus half his stuff) that makes me not want to get married. Or, I guess it just, makes me a little bit cynical. It definitely makes me 100% sure I'd want my spouse to also have a job.

  • @Hopeful71 Fuck that!

  • @Hopeful71 typical, women think that theyre entitled to everything because the way the system works is that bitches like this always get a pussy pass. And women wonder why they dont get any respect, if you cut out the bullshit like this women maybe thats a start

  • hiding money from your husband? That's fucked up. Trust is the number one thing in a good healthy strong relationship. Besides guys usually pay for just about everything. Well most of the time. Of course this isn't always. They're married and everything is jointed!

  • P.S. It's my money, not my husband's. And it's a got a hell of a lot less than $800,000 in it.

  • its a bit more complicated then just that

  • Speaking as a wife with a hidden account myself...Cenk's got it right. Chase fucked up, but they aren't responsible for what she chose to do in the aftermath of that fuckup.

I don't know this woman's motivations, but my acct is just a little secret for myself. I'm married, but that doesn't mean I can't have my own life. My husband's respect for my need for secrets means my secrets are pretty tame!

  • Hiding things from your spouse is not good communication...

  • Hiding things will hurt the relationship down the road. Unless you tell your husband that u want your own seperate account for your own personal thing...then thats a different issue

  • @arayalrio I hope your husband isnt busting his ass to make ends meet and make you happy while you are hiding away money instead of contributing. That would make you a freeloader and a cunt.

  • @Anders5103 First off, nope, and second, I've since told him everything and more.

  • @arayalrio I hope you dont have your husband as a youtube friend.

  • @arayalrio "Speaking as a wife with a hidden account myself..."

Oh good, I'm glad you understand. I was worried that finding out I had a girlfriend on the side would piss you off. You worry about money, the only thing you care about and I worry about sex.

  • dnt read this(cuz it really wrks). u will gt kissd on the nearest frieday by the love of ur life. 2mara wll b the bst day of ur life hwever if you dnt post ths comment 2 at least 3 vids u will die withn 2 days

  • A, B, number 3

    What happened to the count?

  • ROFL! "Dentists preform a lot of fillings, that'll help fill up their account!" *waits for cheesy-ness to set it. haha lovin' it Cenk!!

  • she was dumb. she should have had an account at a different bank than her husband.

  • amen she was hiding it too well

  • This marriage might be just fine... I have seen a marriage survive hooker addiction... You never know what a marriage is built upon...

  • idk but it seems setchy !:

  • chaste is NOT wrong. Do you people not understand marriage laws in this country. There assetts are supposed to be merged

  • a. b. number 3 lol cenk

  • The lesson of this story. NEVER make private account in the same bank.

  • yup.

  • The bank has a fiduciary duty to the woman, the issue is that the bank broke this duty and thw woman has suffered a damage ( $150,000 ) and also her family structure is likely to suffer as a result of this............ My ruling Chase Pays close to a million.

  • Hat!

  • I disagree with Ana. Marriage does not mean I have to share all my money with him or the other way around. I might be a bitter crazy woman but while I would not hide money from my partner or my husband, I would agree to keeping my stuff and him keeping his stuff.

  • If they planned it all out, why only go for $155,000 instead of the whole $800,000?

  • i bet they planned it out the woman and the husband

  • How could they have planned to have the teller at the bank illegally disclose confidential information about a non joint account? Unless your suggesting that the teller was also in on it?

  • 4:20

    lol

  • Women.

    :/

  • *Chase should have to pay punitive damages which could exceed $150,000. It seems more likely that she set that money aside for a reason such as, lets say a divorce. Maybe she didn't want to be left with nothing to set herself up with. I doubt she was hiding that kind of money from a loving husband, or good provider. They also mentioned that he'd made some bad investments. She wasn't wrong for protecting herself.

  • That money is 1/2 his.The bank should be required to disclose this to any other spouse,,,if the husband doesn't make as much money as her she should be honest w/him.

  • fillings helps them fill up their accounts haha so corny

  • If I was the defending attorney I would just say, " For better or worse, in sickeness or health, till death do them a part...." No who is the covenant break in this case.

  • that greedy whore. Its his money too: ie Mel Gibson, Hulk Hogen, Babyface.....

  • The teller is the biggest dumb ass and should be fired

  • Nah, man. Chase hurt her more than attorney's fees. They exposed her illegally, they should pay up something.

And I don't think marriage could work WITHOUT separate bank accounts.

  • Should President Obama select Cenk to replace retiring Supreme Court Justice Souter?

    Of coooooooooooourse!

  • Can't believe I'm going to defend a bank. The bank representative was making a good faith attempt to put a client into a product that would provide a better return than having that much sitting in a low-interest account. No liability on the bank.

  • No. It is illegal to disclose the existence of an account to someone who is not on it.

How is breaking the law "good faith."

  • It's not the case that the teller went,"psst, hey buddy your wife has a secret account." The teller made the "good faith" mistake, an easy enough one it seems, in that he assumed the husband knew about the account. Either way, its certainly a bigger crime to hide money from an equal contract partner(fraud, embezzlement?) than to mistakenly disclose the existence of such to that partner.

  • No way. She has a valid reason to protect her money from a husband who is consistently broke. And now that her husband knows she has all this money to the side, she definitely can't divorce him, because he'll take her for half of her assets. It's very possible that their marriage is just fine--except he gets himself caught up in get rich quick schemes. She's doing them both a favor by putting that money to the side.

  • I agree with your view of this.

But I think we can all agree, she would have been a lot smarter to put her money in a *different* bank than one they use jointly.

  • That's what I do....

  • Good points. (I'm canceling out that silly thumb down somebody gave you.)

Still, banks do need to train their tellers not to do this - it really isn't legal (I used to work at a bank).

  • Unfortunately, the bank employee broke the law when he or she disclosed information about an account to a person who was not a joint holder of that account -- it may not have been intentional, but it was illegal, and employees at most banks are given some training in privacy laws. It's the bank's responsibility to make sure their employees follow those regulations.

  • TYT Supreme court rules, always

  • I don't agree with Ana. Why should there be a rule that you "share all your money" and "become one" after marriage? Surely it's up to the couple to organize their finances as they choose. Not knowing any other details and assuming that it is her earnings she is squirreling away, why shouldn't she? She might love the guy but recognize that he's hopeless financially, therefore her action is totally prudent! However I agree that Chase Bank is culpable, but not for the money, her choice to give

  • If the bank were to pay back the money, she would HAVE to find some way of keeping it a secret from the husband. It sounds like he is the kind of person who is ALWAYS putting his money into zany crackpot lose money schemes, and should never have access to that kind of money.

  • I don't agree about sharing all the money in marriage. why shouln't you save for the future? what if the other is a total spender? i wouln't want him to spend most of the money for stupid things and above all the money I make.

  • Jayar Jackson schooled you, bitches. She could have been taking money from the husband for "expenses," and dropping it in her secret account. Stop jumping to conclusions, Cenk & Ana.

  • I'm For the women because they had no right to tell the husband she had all that money.

But She should have divorced his ass because he already lost so much money, what the hell did she give him her money.

And somethings a couple don't have to share like money, it only brings problems in a relationship

  • Lol, Ana tried to go on her man hating/blaming spree and blame the man once again for the womens actions: She hid the money BECAUSE of HIM. HE was the LOSER. Fortunately, Justice Jackson came down with the gavel and said "Get that bullshit out of here bitch!" and he nailed it on the head, the women is the one being scandolous, deceitful, and responsible for what she did. Dumbass Ana, stop blaming men for everything and take a look at the facts for once.

  • JR is right

  • the best part of this story are Ana's boobs

  • Epic comment.

  • aaaaaaaaaahgreed

    yeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeaaaaaaaahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh :)

  • Mr Justice Jackson has made an assumption here: he assumes it must be difficult for a woman to secrete $800k.

    Why?

If a guy had squirreled that away, would he ask the same question? If not, why not?

I mean, I'm just asking here. But that seemed like his whole argument.

Everything else in the video was dope: bank was wrong, wife was deceitful, husband is a loser - but the wife is doubly a loser. "I need $150k!" What's wrong with saying: "hell, no, loser"? Don't blame the bank for THAT..

  • lol@Cenk

  • Except the wife was being careful & responsible, covering for her husband. I agree that Chase shouldn't have told, and should be fined, but not pay back the principle.

  • yeah i wish i had put aside all of my money before i divorced too.

  • I wouldn't be surprised if didn't get anything out of this lawsuit. She's suing for the wrong thing, which means the judge has to rule against her. She gave away the money and there's no reason the bank should have to compensate for that.

  • Idk, he seems like more of a technical guy, but I wish we heard from him more.

  • Then why do they even bother to ask for his opinion. He's just a worthless slob that doesn't seem to even care about what the discussion is about.

  • She should sue. If she had that account before they were married it's none of his business. Period. Plus, they didn't have her permission to disclose that information. I don't think chase should have to pay her back as much as she's requesting, but something should happen to them for that. Apparently he's not financially responsible enough to save money. For all we know she could be trying to save them money for retirement and now that he knows he'll blow it.

  • Cenk at 4:20 in the midst of a rather heated deabte, with what may be, the lamest joke of all time.

  • but his sly look and finger-point make it all worth it; he knows it was a terrible joke

  • men are retards

  • Unless there's a prenup what's hers is his and what's his is hers. She can't hide money away because in a marriage everything is shared.

  • The women at the bank was an idiot. I agree with the women!!

  • she should have anticipated this and kept the account at a different bank. also have the mail go to a different mailing address.

i don't know about giving her back the money, though. chase did not give him the money. she gave it to him.

  • How much damage has this done to their marriage? Now the TYT are calling him a loser and some blame goes to Chase for this. Maybe she loves him but she knows he is awful with money - JR Jackson is the only Justice with a sensible dissenting view.

The fine, especially in America, should exceed $150,000. People get more for spilling hot coffee on their own stupid laps or microwaving their cats.

  • When you get married, doesn't mean I can't have a secret account, with my own money in it. Sure, we share stuff like house payments and food and stuff, but why does my wife have to know about every single cent I have? No way.

  • because legally your assets are supposed to be united

OTHERWISE WHY THE FUCK WOULD YOU GET MARRIED

    THAT'S THE WHOLE LEGAL PURPOSE

if you dont want to unite your assets, just stay with eachother and dont get married

god people are so brainwashed with tradition

  • What the heck is Jayar talking about? I have heard of teachers over time saving a million dollars making less than 30k a year. He acts as if there is NO WAY the lady could have made that money herself. The story never said how long it took her to make it! He then talks about the money he would make from the stocks if it had gone right, why wouldn't he share it... the wife only put SOME money in the acct... so I am assuming she helps pay the bills and other things with her other money.

  • I would understand him not sharing his money if she was hoarding ALL of hers and keeping it in that acct but I highly doubt she could hide her entire earnings from him! She probably had to hide it so he wouldn't send them to the poor house, especially with the economy in rags! They are probably still together because he is thanking her for not letting him lose ALL their shit... where they would be on Oprah, talking about having to leave the house before the cops put them on the lawn!

  • im1shak1biotches,

actually he said she has to be making millions in order to put a million to the side. he is right if the money she put aside is from what she was making. one million is a subset of millions, regardless of how long it takes to accumulate it.

  • so if i take 50 years to save a million dollars, i would only have to put aside 20000 dollars a year. and that's gaining no returns from investments or simply interest on the principal. assuming my expenses were low, i could save a million dollars in a maximum of 50 years by earning only 28000 dollars a year. 28000 is not millions, so i think you're wrong here.

  • You do NOT have to make millions to save a million! I don't have to make 5 dollars to put 5 to the side... I could put 1$ into an account and leave it until the interest turns it into 5 over time! That's just a simple way of putting it, since you and Jayar seem to have trouble understanding that! It never said she put aside the million, only that it is now a million after some time! I have seen people put "aside" 500$ then in 18 yrs it grows into enough for them to buy their kid a car!

  • interest is still money that you make. this is considered income. and whatever you put aside from it is still a subset of the total income acquired. and it doesn't matter how long it takes to acquire the money, you must have acquired at least $1M in order to put away $1M

  • Fail! He is talking about making (EARNING) from her job! "you must have acquired at least $1M in order to put away $1M " Yea, duh... that is what I said! They said you have to make millionS, however, you only have to have 1 million to set aside 1 million... actually she does NOT (again) have to earn it by work (which they are talking about) all she would have to do is make a small amount and let it accrue!

  • ok. you win.

  • rasta guy needs to never speak on air!!!

he has such a terrible radio voice

  • 4:22 right back atcha!! :D

  • Chase is wrong and should pay! My grandmother, who was married for 50+ years, taught us that wives should always have a "secret" stash. When children are involved, this becomes even more critical. In addition to a financial safety net, you also need to establish and maintain good credit under your name. You never know when your marriage will end (due to death or divorce).

  • I believe that if u r marry and ur having a secret bank account that's something u decide, but if u can't trust ur husband was the point of being w/ him!!! I have a chase account and this has never happened 2 me. I think they should be charge the bank some fines and also pay the attorneys. But not give back all the money back 2 d lady!!! I mean they did disclosure secret info. but they didn't put a gun in the woman and said, "Hey u better give 150k to ur husband"!!!

  • You know what why is it fine when woman have a secrect bank account but when me do it their marriage is based on lies

  • Cenk your pun was actually funny hahaha

but in a super lame way

  • J.R. Jackson on a roll! He is coming hard corp nowadays! I like his arguments.

  • I think cenk is wrong in some way. This lady should get the money she gave to her husdand because chase caused the transfer to happen by disclosing private information.

Also Ana is hella hot btw

  • I think that the lady shouldn't get any of the money back. I mean they're not fucking communicating. That's a cornerstone of marriage. If they can't even talk about their bank accounts and savings and crap like that they shouldn't be married in the first place.

Someone in that relationship is not pulling their weight and working hard to help the other person make better decisions.

If they got divorced because of it then yes. I don't even know if Chase did anything wrong but I'm not a banker.

  • Haha I love how Cenk is making jokes when everyone else is fighting.

  • Kim Kardashian looks like my mom

  • I think its a pretty safe bet your mom does not look like Kim.

  • she does!

  • We have no idea about these people's relationship together.

  • Chase isn't at fault here, the husband is for trying to get his wife's money to pay for stocks that failed.

  • Why is it scandalous what she did?Women should be able to have their own bank accounts if they want. It shouldn't be a secret, but that's not for anyone else to say. Chase was definitly in the wrong and they should pay her back.

  • because it had 800,000 dollars!!!

  • I dont care when I get married I will have a joint account with my hubby AND have my own personal account.

you never know... anything can happen.. girl's got to watch her ass!!!

  • 4:23 - cenk's face haha

  • how about 4:15 ana's boobage lol

  • I love Justice Kasparian!

  • I remember when my grandparents used to get paid, my grandfather get his cut while my grandmother took care of everything(bills, food, taxes, mortgage, all that). Even though my grandmother ran the show, both of them shared an account & knew how much money they had. The wife was just being sneaky if the husband found out through the bank that she had a secret account. She better thank God I wasn't her husband because I would put most of that money in a joint account & embarassed her sneaky ass.

  • The clerk at the bank breached the 'data protection act' The wife had a secret bank account which you can argue whether was right or wrong. But Chase clients deserve their privacy. I don't think Chase should have to return the money as SHE took it out of her own volition.

  • ana is soo beautiful, and its so cute the way she pronounces "dollars" 2:46
