I was just surprised that it came up in the PV since I've been listening to the album the whole time. Still glad though that this version's not on the album :)

For a rap in a non-rap song it wasn't as bad as some of those full time rap guys who don't play instruments. Was he rapping about his guitar? Can't blame him if he was since that thing is super cool in a retro sort of way. Vox Phantom-Telecaster mash-up hybrid thing that it seems to be.

I'm Japanese and I'd say that rap part is NOT English, but Japanese with a few English words included like some Japanese hip-hop singers do. In this song they just sort of made fun of those hip-hop bands by imitating the way they do as a joke. In this song they start as if the guitarist misheard what Shiina said and he was like "What's that? Oh, this guitar? This guitar is...", something like that.
