This is personally one of my most favorite Cadillac designs of all time. The contours of the car are aggressive and elegant at the same time. I used to own a '95 and it was a love/hate money pit of a relationship.
@seattlehawkins lmaooo yeaa dude, im a 20 yr old white boy livin in a nice white neighborhood in the bronx, and wen i go to the bodega for ciggarettes ive been stopped and told that my cars not made like they are now, and complimented by black dudes i find it amusing, i got a 95 sts in hunter green
@yourwifecalledagain On the Seville, SLS was Seville luxury sedan, and STS was Seville touring sedan. But the current STS was intended as a replacement for the Seville, which was front wheel drive, compares to the STS's rear or all wheel drive. The last "real" Seville left the showroom in 2004. The cars are not to be confused, completely different animals.
@demoskunk I don't get this performance sedan craze... It's a Cadillac it's not supposed to carve corners and zoom like rice burners. It's supposed to float on down the road in ultimate comfort. At lease that's what I think of when I hear the name Cadillac. F*** rough, low, hard performance suspensions man. IMO
@chicorompecabesa I have a '93 4.9L; smoothest riding car I ever owned. I tell folks, "don't let the smooth taste fool you; this thing gets up quick!"
My mom had this very car! Same color, with great leather interior.
Turned out to be a very good car. They kept it for 12 years. When they sold it, I think it had 55,000 miles. She used to scare me driving this thing. It was too much power for my little old mom. I thought it was a very good in town car and better than average highway car. It would cruse at 95 like you were not moving.
I'm looking for a '96 Olympics ad: I don't remember the sponsor, but the ad was a slowmotion montage of various sports and flying flags, and a narrator saying "...every 4 years, for a few glorious weeks..."

@SteelCity1981 Cadillac still makes the Seville, it's just called the STS now. STS stands for "Seville Touring Sedan".

Darn good-looking car. And aggressive, too.
It's a shame it was FWD with a long front overhang. This kept it from being a true performance sedan.
