You can actually do this, In 7 simple steps.

1) Obtian this track from a dowload of some sort.

2) Edit the track to the length and start position you want it to play. (optional)

3) save as .wav file (If you can't do that, then save as .mp3 and convert saved file to .wav)

4) go to C:\Windows\Media and make a folder for your sound

5) Open "Sound" from your control panel and chose the sounds tab: and select the .wav file you made/converted earlier.

6) ????

7) Profit.
