The girl on the plate, she has never used it before filming, and she never needed one.
As for machines, I like vertical over pivotals. As for "3d" or "3 ways" this is a marketing crap pushed by you know who. :)

Why do you say this doesnt work? and a waste of money? sounds like you sell the power plate. Some cant afford $14,000 for a home machine.

This is a waste of money, vibration training is good but it needs to have a plate that moves 3 ways like the power plate does.. look it up..
