  • Dr. Cherok,

In regards to the tests for misalignment or affected areas of the patient's body, is there a certain series of tests for each area of the body you are checking? Some tests seem to be complex while others seem to be simple checks of leg length to pinpoint potential problems. I have seen the activator method used many times in the past but I have never been quite sure as to how the sequence of events determine specific ailments. Thanks.

Using Activator leg checks, a skilled doctor can determine exactly where and when to adjust the body. There are hundreds of leg check tests which Activator, Inc. has developed through their extensive research over the past 40 years. If a doctor has learned these many tests and applies them correctly to the individual patient, then the joint and neurological function of virtually any area of the body can be balanced and improved.

  • I just started seeing a chiropractor 2 weeks ago using this method (cuz I have headaches). I still do not understand how clicking on certain muscles or whatever does any good. Can you explain?
