What a shame there are so many misogynistic bigots posting on this video. These ladies have accomplished something none of these posters could even come close to, and their snarky comments indicate jealousy and a certain male sexual insecurity. By the way, I'm a guy from Tennessee, and I think what these ladies accomplished is awesome!

I agree jwund. I think women's athletics, in and of itself is awesome, and both of those teams worked their asses off to become the gold and silver winners. No slackards on either team. Frankly, I'm not in the habit of dissing any women's teams for whatever they do, having played in competitive women's sports myself. And we can all have a difference of opinion on the celebration on the ice. I just don't think a double standard is fair -- women have just as much a right to drink as men. >?

Plus, the drinking age in Quebec is only 18. So one of those players was "legal" haha!! They won gold, who the hell cares? Have a beer! Who hoo

OK America,...lets get real for a minute. I love US Hockey and I am just as sick as all of you about not beating Canada,..but that could have just as easily been our ladies out there so lets cut em some slack. I actually wished it WAS out ladies out there drinking beers and burning em up out on the ice!! I thought it was actually pretty cool! It was 40 minutes after the game I mean c'mon now.

Now thats over all over and I am hoping our DUDES can bring home the Gold.

Theres a time and a place. Clearly that was the time, but not the right place. In the locker room or back at their dorms but not in the open hockey rink, It goes against everything hockey stands for. The minute you drink a beer on the ice you just become a fan. Its always been tradition where Im from to drink after in the locker room and shower. but hey according to everyone else Canada is the expert on class so what do I know.
