I am intentionally teaching my daughters to have a healthy self esteem however I had a mother who believed she was beautiful and embraced life as this type of a woman she was strong and outgoing and so I think the same way...to many mothers are on diets that is why thier kids are...I eat properly and I exercise my girls have never seen me on a diet and I never seen my own mother on one...just a thought
