  • what is the name of this awesome song?

  • An admirable piece of engineering, the song is still more amusing than the project itself

  • The real solve is in this vid the scramble.. und than the inversion.

  • the robot is programmed to go in reverse of what it did to scramble it.. Not the big of a deal

  • Oh right, so if I do a 200 move scramble... the robot inverts it? Yeeeaaah. Sure.

Ever heard of programs like Cubetwister?

  • what do you do when the cube pops?

  • it doesn'T?

  • So what happens if you show the webcam an unsolvable cube like with one edge flipped or two corners swapped?

  • good point lol

  • LOL it's not a solve!!! couse you can switch the centers on the cubeit's a easy trick...

  • @Born4Guitar97 How does that change anything? I solved the cube

  • uh doesnt it just go bak words faster than how he put it lke that cuz the thing was the 1 that scrambled the cube

  • Did you watch the whole video? They do it again but have a human scramble it and then take pictures of all the sides and let the computer solve it

  • Very cool robot. But exactly how fast is it? Can you implement a timer? :P

  • He did.

  • Good music, good solver

  • Search for rubix cube deep cube and go to the first result, works the same way, and about the same solve time, probably slower servos...

  • sweet. I second wanting to know the name and artist of the song.

  • The Artist is Ratatat, the song is Shempi, and the album is LP3. I highly recommend a big bong rip and any of their work.

  • Nice job!

By the way what is the name of the song?

  • What method does it use to solve it?.

  • 2 phase algorithm

  • it is basically guimond for the 3x3.

    1. gets 2 colours on 2 faces

    2. moves pieces around into the right place

  • sexy.

  • the robot just rewinds it's scrambleing movements wright?

  • The solution is optimal. So the scrambling could be 200 moves, but the solution is always around 20 moves or less.

  • oh ok i see =D

  • Awesome? HELL YEAH!
