  • Mick is shaking that ass like the rent is due tomorrow! LOVE IT!

Unfortunately Mick Taylor was too beautiful for the Stones.

  • Pure distilled energy

And Mick Taylor on lead guitar

    Perfect

  • Wow!!!

I am so high right now, just from watching this.

The Stones at their very, very, very best.

These three videos "Happy I, II, and III" , for me DEFINE rock.

    Thanks for posting these jewels.

I spend so much time wishing that I hand't been but one year old when this tour happened. It's one of the tragedies of my life that I was too young to see a '72 show in person.

Being in love with the Keith of the seventies can be a hard life!

  • i stopped listening to the stones when M.T. walked. wood got lucky as he plays like shit. imagine these songs without M.T. = no......

  • great guitarist but he was no rolling stone

  • Ya you're right, he should of farted around like Woody and played like shit...

  • the stones were at their best with Taylor. Just an opinion, but one shared with most

  • see boys and girls.. people used to sing in the good 'ol days..there was no electronic gimmick crap to help you sing and these people sounded fine..i wonder where they are today..

  • fuckin awsome

  • such a terrific preformance. far better than the album version!

  • The Stones are at there best when there live

  • Mick Taylor is great on this.

  • Ladies and Gentlemen: Mick Taylor.

  • Such a good song, and this is a great prestation !!

  • yeah Keef without teeth xD i love this song it's so easy and pretty :) I luv play it :)

  • the London boys cut the mustard, full swing they´got that famous groove

  • prob one of the best versions ever -

    this and brussels 73

  • unbelivable.

    Have yet to see better.

    Brilliant !

  • It's like dude WTF don't hit Keeithhh!

  • I know his name is Keith it says it in the video name, I just like to call him Keef!

  • which concert film is this?

  • Ladies and gentlemen...the rolling stones. That's it. Not available in stores. try the internet. It is worth it!Trust me.

  • Down and dirty Stones. Best Stones era, IMO.

  • No rock 'n' roll performance will ever better this

  • psh, no way

  • Wow this is actually a better version than the studio one!!! NICE!!

  • WOAH. This was one of the best stones performances ive seen in a while!!! great job! haha at 2:34 look at micks tongue haha. (also, his name is KEITH, not keef)

  • nick name

  • People who love 'im call 'im Keef mate

  • Keef's vocals are pretty kickass on this version!

  • keefs vocals are helped out here a little i think

  • This version SMOKES the version from the 1975 tour, its like two different bands.

  • The stones were at there best here in 1972. What about a new stones tour? anyone have any info?

  • soon as Ron dries out.......(?)

  • Mick's hot!

  • Stones were at there best with exile and 72 tour.Wish I was there.

  • kings of rock n roll,just amazing....

  • Kickass!!!!! Best version yet!

  • Cooked, period. Keith was really trying in ths one....in 72 RS peaked, fo' sho'

  • The exiles of Main Street ...

  • Mick Taylor reminds me of John Entwistle! -FANTASTIC player who stands like a mannequin! Love this video!

  • damn this version is ass poundingly amazing! The whole group is at their very best here

  • i love keiths voice, part of the charm is that keith isnt a great singer. it comes from his gut, thats really rare

  • WOW!! They were a Great Band at this point. Keith was great when he was sober! And Mick Taylor--what a musician! They were never the same after he left the band. Sticky Fingers and Exile were thier best !

  • lol keith wasnt sober, he was snorting amazing amounts of cocaine and doing herion after the shows.

  • i would still pay for my internet monthly fee if it could only access this video.

  • Well said.

  • Rock n Roll Peeked during these 3 Minutes.... this is the top of the mountain.

  • Epic!!!!

  • Compare this version to the one from 1975. Keith got his teeth fixed, but the musicianship went straight downhill. They just sound tired 1975, especially compared to this coked up version.

  • This Band as good as they are, could've been even better if Taylor stayed on...but of course that was not gonna happen...

  • Mick Taylor=God. Stones rule!!!!

  • While I like Mick Taylor's solo...how can you not..I really would have liked to Hear Keith's two brief and simple, yet fun to listen to, slide guitar solos like the studio version. I guess they didn't do them in this performance due to the breakneck speed they played it at or the massive volume which would have made them close to impossible to hear. Ron Wood does the solos on a lap steel...I think...when they play this one live now. Great stuff however!

  • Best lineup of the band and best version of this song! Love it! This is when the Stones really rocked!

  • have you ever noticed that the stones rarely took pictures with mick taylor standing right up fully next to mick and keith.. i figured it our.. it's cuz mick taylor like TOWERS over them

  • HOT!

And more amazing licks from Taylor!

  • jagger:

'i ripped a hole in me trousers. you wouldn't want my trousers to fall down now, would ya?' -san francisco, '69

  • Naw, it's 'I busted a button on my trousers'

  • thanks, dude!

  • I think that was from the New York shows

  • yea your right it was at Madison Square Garden

  • lol I loved it when he said that.

  • listen to the great two part harmonies, and then check to see if both singers are at the mike. (00:35, 00:45, 1:01, 1:27 followed by Jagger's 'all right now', nowhere near the mike, followed by all of the subsequent 'happy's somehow harmonised by Jagger alone.

I hope this is simply a live audio mixed with a different video performance and not anything sneaky.

This is an exhilirating video, i love it, but i just noticed the inconsistencies...

  • yeah man i have this on dvd and some songs are mixed with different audios, don't know why, maybe an audio quality issue

  • Best video ever!

  • I noticed all that too. My take on it is that it probably was filmed (&recorded) at this concert and then the vocals "massaged" a little.

  • This was The Stones at their best - they didn't need backing singers

  • KEITH IS GOOOOOOOOOOOOOOD

  • keith can sing pritty good i

  • cocaine!

  • Wail Keith...Wail.Taylor ainht bad either..eh
