@wretcheddog Sorry, I realised how bad I have become at answering comments! I think China, but they made it well in my opinion.  I've not had any problems with mine :)

@jemdave13 so, would you prefer this over a mexican standard stratocaster? i tried one myself at my local guitar store and didn't like how it sound even if i was running trough a laney lc15 the pickups sounded harsh, how you compare this to mexi standard strat? from here the viintage v6 sounds amazing

@wretcheddog It's a close call as I think both a good but not if they come not set up well. I'd always advise any guitar can feel better or worse even if apparently same so always try to give it a go first.  In positive for Vintage the wilkinson hardware and pickups are good, on the positive for mex strat, it will be easier to sell on without too much of a loss.

@jemdave13 ok, I've played 15+ years, I also own one of these Vintage strats, same as yours but not "Relic"....how did you get that smooth and saturated an OD out of a rockerverb? I've played a few and always get a very grainy texture out of that amp

@guitarbrute I have mids up full, bass halfway and treble down a little under halfway. Gain at 6/10. Gets a nice tone that's not harsh!
