@Swaqqasaur Well when twisting in the air I assuming you are talking about corks when twisting on cork jump as high as you can use your arms throw your arms up high as you can and jump at your highest peak throw a right hook punch arcross you chest and make sure your arms and legs are tight when twisting takes practice no matter how fast you want to twist you have to use the right technique

@buddyhead34 Well they have a marital arts background but you do not need one or gymnastics or dance it would certainly help if you have it but you do not need it there area plenty of people doing and learning it without those background skills to learn it start by doing it with a group of people in your area that does it or train yourself by watching instructional DVDs Good Luck

Learned through using online resources, youtube, and starting with each basic trick and moving onto their variation and so on. We are about to release some tutorials soon that can help you get started, but there's a lot more out there as well that cover basics you could learn safely on your own.
