my only criticism of this gorgeous, terrible song is the ending. as i understand it, it was a record label decision (or something to that effect) to slap a happy ending on the end (how hollywood), but you can't rip people's hearts out & then just say "sike! - them's was jokes". even if i find it sort of cheap, billie's every note is still beautiful. she deserved a far better life than what she had.
