  • And also, It wasn't John's fault for Stu's death. Some people seem to think that. Well they're wrong and it hurts so much for someone to actually think that.

  • JOHN LOVED CYNTHIA THEN...HE WANTED CYNTHIA...ASTRID WAS JUST A GREAT FRIEND TO JOHN!! (AND CYNTHIA WASN'T ANNOYING AND CLINGY EITHER)

  • Talacre?

  • Wow ur fucking dumb. John wasnt the one who kicked him in the head. Do u really think he'd want to kill his best friend? .....no.

  • @westkevin12 John really did kick Stu in the head, not cause he wanted to kill him but he was a highly volatile person at times.

  • @Reasonwillwin John never kicked Stu in the head.

  • @xXOneHotLennonXx Were you there?

  • @Reasonwillwin Were you? Neither of us were there but I think it's far more likely that the group of guys that beat up Stu to the floor (that John tried to fight off) is the cause of the actual death...the story that is told in like every book and quote from people who really knew what happened. But he already had a brain hemorrhage before that..college friends said he often got bad headaches that he collapsed with. John would never beat up his best friend even if he WAS absolutely smashed.

  • @xXOneHotLennonXx Well that contradicts Stu's sister's account but I never said it's that kick that killed stu though

  • @Reasonwillwin I know I didn't say you did.

John would've realized if he'd done that..and we would've heard a lot about John feeling terrible and saying how it was all his fault..which he didn't...I just don't believe in the slightest that it was John's fault. No way.

  • Did Stu already have a brain hemorrhage, or did the Teddy Boys do it to him when they kicked his ass back in England??

  • @AlT70 John Lennon did it by kicking him in the head during a fight. Seriously, this time.

  • @Useless2112 Wow, I didn;t know John was the cause of Stu's brain hemmorhage!! profound

  • I think in some aspects this movie is accurate except for the way the portray Cynthia Lennon.

  • "John wants the world." How prescient that was.

  • bollox my left nut

  • bollox

  • john much look like liam neeson rite?

  • The long scene with Astrid and John is brilliant. Without TRUST, no relationship is possible.

  • Stephen Drff is so hot in this film

  • "Play eight days a week." haha. slight Beatles reference there? ;D

  • Cyn said in her book "John" she never wore a scarf on her head, she has a couple of times in this movie! She also wrote alot of movies that were written about the Beatles are rubish! This seems like one of them!!!

  • Astrid was talented though!

  • Astrid didn't break them up. It was fully Stu's decision to leave, Astrid actually supported Stu being in the band.

  • I don't think they're making a "who broke what up" comparison, it's more of a "this Beatle had an arty girlfriend" comparison.

In which case I'm still gonna ignore it because Astrid > Yoko.

  • @RazrHack Astrid is actually ugly, not like in this movie
