one thing that always baffles me about these classic rock song videos, why is it that people, probably teens, go on these amazing songs and dislikes them. i mean i know teens cant understand what good music is because of gaga, jonas brothers, beiber etc. but what is the point of disliking a vid, its not like the person who created this did something offensive.
@onlysingerwitfriends I don't think they heard of instruments, it baffles them when they think people actually used them to make good music their like "in-stru-ment? I thought computers made music"
You say Jonas Brothers, I say The Rolling Stones
You say Justin Bieber, i say Queen
You say Taylor Swift, i say Guns & Roses
95% of teens these days listen to the same crappy pop songs over and over. if your one of the 5% left who still listen to real music, thunb this up, then copy and paste it to least 5 video's. DONT LET THE SPIRIT OF ROCK&ROLL DIE
If you want the ULTIMATE MUSTANG I recommend the Mustang Shelby Cobra GT. Not available in white as Henry would not approve violating corporate principles.
@vanhalen223 When I was a teengager, in early 1980s, someone in our neighbourhood had a 1970??? Mustang Shelby Cobra GT. It was dark blue colour and had hood scoop, siding fairings, back-trunk wind fairing. To top it off it had 429SC engine and Cobra emblem on front fenders. Not sure if it was a kit car or special order from Ford but that car was way more maud looking than the 1968 Shelby GT 500 K.R..
@camlpg if the lip on the trunk was there, that was not factory, those came originally on the California Special Model (another one of my personal favorites) and if it did have a factory 429, that mustang is probably worth over 200 grand easily, i wish i lived in that age, i am a mustang enthusiast, i own a 1967 mustang coupe, nothing special, but it will be since i got plenty of time being only 17 :)
@vanhalen223 Probably was a kit car. If I remember the mags were not stock and it had 50s or 60s back tires but still most awesome Mustang I have ever seen. I was talking to a friend the other day who still lives in the neighbourhood says he knows the family but not sure if the owner of the car still lives there or whether he still owns the car. I have to check it out, maybe get some vid or pics on youtube if I can.
@vanhalen223 yea restomods for mustangs have become increasingly popular, im trying to keep mine as original as possible, and if you could get some videos, that would be great
I remember Trooper! I just jammed Here for a good time the other night and had a blast playing it. If i'm not mistaken, Trooper is touring currently! Right on !!!!!
Trooper always has, and always will rock. Seems that all people need to do is hear their songs. I sent some MP3s home with my friend from scotland, she played them for her mates, Trooper records became the hot item to stock for local record stores. Her favorite? The song that make the biggest impact, of course, We're here for a good time. But she and her mates went mental for all the songs. Especially, "Pretty Lady" which I think is one of the most beautiful love ballads of modern time

I remember Trooper best as a Canadian band, and for top 40 charters like Round and Round plus We're Here For a Good Time(there most memorable). Oldies radio still plays We'rre here for a good time, probably once a day. Being Canadian artists they have to be played more often..the thing is there not palying 'em all. We have oldies radio on at the workplace and i can hear many of the same songs played every day, others I haven't heard since they were top 5 hits. Thoasands of hits to play! THX
@ryan41235 The disjockys on Oldies radio here in Vancouver Canada have...they never play this one and the only one they play most often by Trooper is "We're here for a Good Time. We have that radio station on from 9-4 and i hear many many of the same songs played everyday as tho there selection is limited to perhaps 3 to 4 hundred, I kid you not. So they have missed the like button when it comes to a thoasand or two hits from the sixties thru the eighties on Oldies radio(CFUN).
Trooper Rocks! My name is Richard Gordon and I am an English teacher from Houston Texas. I left Canada in 1987 to escape my criminal past. I now try to work as a teacher in Houston and use Trooper to help educate my students. Although I am under investigation for sexual misconduct with my students I still make time to play my trooper collection.
@hiqwertyhi if you go back far enough, there was never different terms for "muscle" or "sport" cars ...anything that had more get-up-and-go than was really neccessary for everyday casual driving was pretty much considered a sports car but of course it had to look like it had some attitude.
Just much like the music genre....no things like acid, heavy metal, soft rock, hard rock ...there was never these terms...it was all just Rock & Roll!
Ah-Ah!!! Great! I'm listening it for first time!

@camlpg i disagree, the 1968 Shelby GT 500 K.R. (King of the Road) is one of the most powerful classic mustangs, it will turn many more heads
