I am so grateful that I fell in love with Queen back in 1974!! I was only 10 years old and my uncle would play their music.  Now I play their music for my children and grandchildren!! Freddie died too young and when I think of all the music there was still there for him to sing, I cry. I believe music died the day he did. Nothing they play now even compares to this!!

Farrokh Bulsara....the world is a darker place without you....so glad I grew up in the 70's and had a chance to see Queen live..... ! I love their early stuff...don't get me wrong, they sound good WHATEVER style they play, but their music changed significantly when Sheer Heart Attack came out. The first two albums are very showy, very flamboyant. The songs have a BROAD range of vocals, with experimental harmonies and frequent tempo changes. Sheer Heart Attack leaned towards metal, or at least, the foundations for it, while the other albums released in the late 70s ranged from the more mainstream sounds in News of the World to.
