Hey! Have you heard the talk about - fast abs magic (Have a quick look on google cant remember the place now)? Ive heard some extraordinary things about it and my father got really defined Six pack abs and lost tons of fat with it.
@villalpando86 - If you haven't done any working out for a while then I would suggest you do this workout two times a week for starters, because you will be very soar for about four to five days...but push through it. Once you start getting in the groove without much soarness then up it to three to four times a week.
I saw the video, and was impressed as to how easily it looks to achieve a weight loss of 10 to 20 lbs. I currently weigh 227 lbs and have a goal of reaching 200 lbs by the end of October. I'll use this workout to help me reach this this goal...thanks, I'll keep you posted..

whats the hold of the push up hold why dont u hold when u do the push up hold when do 1 push up then go low lower then u know then hold
