  • Hey Marcos,

I am with you all the way, man. It's a great piece and you're on the way. It's a sleigh ride on the roller coaster of guitar repertoire and fun as well.

I may get brave and post my attempt as well, though I think the laughter starts (maniacally I may add) at about 45 secs into my rendition.

This is Youtube, maybe the world is ready?

    Thanks, Francis

  • @frangiNeuron

    Hey Francis!

Thank you very much for your comment!

    Greetings from Spain

    Marcos

  • are you still working on this piece?

  • No. I'm working in other pieces. I have too much music to work, but I'll work on it for sure!

    Thanks!

    Marcos

  • that's extremely slow

  • i really liked how you slowed down on the part in C major like on 1:00 :)

  • U gotta calm down alittle. U will never learn how to play it if u are impatient. U have to feel what the song means. So, calm down, and u'll nail it one day...

  • That is one hard piece to play !! good Job

    Regards,

    Himanshu

  • Thank you Himanshu!

In effect it's very difficult. In fact it is over my possibilities. But I am determined to touch it correctly in a future.

    Regards

    Marcos

  • Hey, man you're very good. Being able to play this piece is one of my dreams. But unfortunately it's hard as hell. Anyway - keep playing and you will overcome all of these mistakes about 2:30min and later. I'm sure that you can play it much better, but making a repetition of a 358-bars piece is more than frustrating. Greetings from Poland :-)

  • Thank you for your words, and yes, you have the reason. It's a too big bit for me. Maybe one day... I think I'm on the way!, but not still.

    Greetings form Spain

    Marcos

  • What else can I say - even attempting this song is a great challenge. But it's definitely worth the pain of the fingers :-)

El es magnífico y puede ser mas bien.

(Sorry for my terrible Spanish :) )

    Adam.

  • you are playing so nice.

  • THank you for your time.

    Marcos

  • Well done. It's a very hard piece too play, but you keep going and with more practise it will get better.

  • Thank you rob!

Yes, it's a hard piece and for my guitar level it's not appropriate, but I like it very much!!

    Greetings from Spain

    Marcos

  • As i said, keep working on it and it will get better, look forward to more videos.

  • Oh my God, Marcos, when I heard those first harmonics and looked at the title I almost couldn't believe it! You are playing the Usher Waltz!!!

This is a piece people play on their exams after having studied on the conservatory for 6 years!

I think if you just keep playing it, it will get much better! Very brave attempt, indeed!

    Best,

    Jo

  • Hey Jo!

Thank you very much for your support!! When some months ago I've listened first time this piece, I've fall in love of Koshkin. This is a part of the result!

    Hugs for you and Otto.

    Marcos

  • ...And Villa-Lobos Nº3 will come soon!!

  • Ooohh I'm looking forward to that!! A bit kiss for Rosita.

    Jo

  • Thats a very hard piece! But good playing! I like your smile and your little blackouts! Very charming ;-) Thanks for posting so nice new videos!!
