I'm not sure what exactly about this film made it the worst movie i've ever seen: Was it the bland acting? The horrible photography? Disjointed sequencing and pacing of events (were there events)? The misc score that sounded like it came from a collection of dollar-store cassete tapes? Whatever it was, "Manos" hurt more than "Space Mutiny"
Erm... so they turned "Little shop of horrors" into a musical, they turned "Reefer madness" into a musical... has nobody just thought about "MANOS - THE MUSICAL" yet? Can´t take long anymore.
@minefield1000 Was that a challenge good sir or madam!? I've already posted a rearrangment of the Haunting Torgo theme on this channel, so take that! I dare say it is possible to make a musical out of this, but my integrity as a musician would keep me from doing so. Just kidding, expect a Manos musical (at least in written/demo-recording form) in the next year possibly.
Classic Pizza ending...that's gotta' be the best sketch bit the boys ever pulled off..Mike will be forever Torgo....Emmy award winning! Thx for putting this grimmer on. Pathetic script...crummy filmwork...stupid acting..it is ALL Manos the Hands or Phalanges of Fate...woof! Whattapooch!
I actually think the best stinger for 'Manos' would've been the part where one of the wives says: "The woman is all we want. The others must die, they all must die. We do not even want the woman." That was the stupidest part of the movie.
People are coming to this video from the part 9/10 by tirol9. He doesn't have a part 10 uploaded so people see yours and assume. Everything of yours is accounted for.
After seeing this abomination of a film, I no longer fear death. For now, I see that continued existance is exponentially more horrifying than the embrace of the crypt could ever hope to be. Actually, I'm describing "Dickie Roberts: Former Child Star." That movie makes "Manos: The Hands of Fate" look like "Avatar."
@Prionic77 Are you sure? I just checked and all 10 parts are still viewable to my knowledge. I may have screwed up in making the playlist though. If so, I'll rectify that mistake.
@TwinkleLightProd o, I just checked again, myself. You are correct and its all here. My apologies. I guess I hadn't allowed 9/10 to buffer fully or something, maybe my pc glitched and it hadn't fully played out. I cleared my cached, let it buffer out and replayed the chunk and its all there now. Again, sorry and thanks for the upload.
@TwinkleLightProd but from parts 9-10 there's a pretty big gap. it just cuts from the people starting to drive away to the middle of this conversation.
@QuikVidGuy I just checked it out and there doesn't seem to be any gaps to my knowledge. 9/10 ends with Torgo coming in and all that and 10/10 comes in where it's supposed to. Maybe the autoplay glitched out or something?
@TwinkleLightProd I wasn't using the playlist. I watched part 9, clicked on part 10, and saw the end of the show, which didn't connect at all to the scene I had just come from.
One of the parts must have been from another uploader then, as all of my parts are accounted for in full. Sorry for any confusion that might have caused.
Call me insane but after several viewings of Manos I'm actually starting to like it, even appreciate it. Sure the film quality's horrid, the shots are terrible, the acting's insipid and the music absurb but the overall plot isn't bad at all. With a decent budget and the right people behind it I think a legitimate remake of this movie would actually be pretty feasible. Just keep Rob Zombie away from it.
@Capng123 Maybe it's not really liking it more so much as hating it less, likely a sign of the Mere-Exposure effect: the more you see it, the less you hate it. That having been said, I'm starting to hate it less myself. xD I think the crew liked it enough that they made Torgo a recurring character in the host segments for a while.
@Capng123 Oh, not just movies, bad music too. And TV shows. Books seem to be exempt because generally speaking, you won't read the same crappy books over again.
in a strange way I liked the movie... for all the weirdness, it creates its surrealistic atmosphere and has a well measured rhythm of of its own... it looks like The Shining meets eyes wide shut... only it's not kubrick at all. a very good show.

This episode of MST is a dud. Its a boring, slow movie and the guys don't make it very funny at all. The best and funniest episodes of MST are "Prince of Space" and any of the Godzilla/Gamera episodes.
@mct1967 As much as I love MST3K, I have to agree. This episode was a big disappointment. Not even Mike and the bots could make this movie entertaining, it's that bad.
This movie made my eyes bleed...
And I like Troll 2!

I watched the whole thing.
CANNOT UNSEE.
And Capng123 is right, as horrified as I am to say it - this might have made a decent movie. /Shudders
Not to say I would ever watch this without MST3K. Urgh...

The ending stinger (1:29) speaks for all MSTies every time YouTube & "Burn-In -Hell NBC-Universal" take our beloved MST3K videos down!

MST3K really saved the best for last this season; and Bride of the Monster before it was awesome too.

I don't know why, but for some reason listening to Torgo's theme playing during the credits is making me crack up.
