Is there some totally obvious reason a Zerg with that army shouldn't just base race main vs. main in that situation? I think recalling to the main made sense as finishing the hive and greater spire meant Stephano's brood lord count will never get larger, which was important as kiwi wasn't going for a large anti-air composition.

The Arbiter and it's abilities still looked cooler (stasis field also makes much more sense than vortex) and more starcraft-like in my opinion. Mothership is shaped like the stereotypical UFO.  GG by both though, and nice mothership usage by kiwi.

No, that's not awesome, no that's not badass, it's total Protoss imbalance and there is a reason that the Mothership is getting removed in HotS, because Recall and Vortex are too good. Too good. Disgusting and stupid to see one unit win a 55 minute game like this because of lack of foresight from Blizzard's design team. While it's true that Stephano needed to harass Kiwikaki's main more, the Zerg was in total command of the entire game and lost everything with two clicks. Soooooooo stupid smh.

units that come out of a vortex get a split second of invincibility, so they cant get damage while they are all on the same square. archons deall massive ammount of splash damage, the reason why this worked so insane good was cuz the vortexes allowed to archons to be right under the broodlords=loads of splash=death. also it split the infestors from the broods, so the colll could roast the infestors.
