i thought I saw the aftermath of this tornado on a trip from denver. I went south on 287, and i remember seing disrailed trains, and downed water towers and a whole bunch of debris along highway 287 just south of amarillo. Not sure tho.

When you look at a tornado, if there is a debris cloud rotating on the ground it is officially a tornado. Just because there is not a solid tornado from cloud to ground does not mean there is not a tornado.
