Thanks for the video. Couple things; Traditional "bluing" is a finish made with chemically triggered rust. As a general rule never let penetrating oil like WD40 near your guns as it's designed to penetrate rust and will remove bluing (dunno what the finish on the mosquito is).
No, they are not illegal, just restricted. You need to be an active member in a shooting club and apply for a permit for each firearm. There is patience and paperwork involved but it is possible to obtain handguns.
I have always hated guns you need tools to take apart. The CZ122 was easy, you could take it apart in about 3 seconds without any tools, too bad it was a total piece of shit in every other aspect. The Ruger MKII comes apart with a paperclip, which is too much imho. Used to be able to take my CZ 75 apart and put together in 13 seconds. Same thing with the Browning BDA in the military.
Oh and never shove cleaning rods down the muzzle. Always the chamber, if it's at all possible.
And jsut today I mused about buying a .22 next year so I can have the exercise. And now you upload a .22 cleaning. You did thos on purpose you evil man to whet my appetite LOL.
I know old hunters who swear by Ballistol, and for myself I stopped counting what I have used it for.
Albeit not the very delicate us you suggested to RhodiesNeverDie.

@ivageivage
Ja, man må være medlem i en eller annen skyteklubb. Når det gjelder rifler og hagler kan man også ta jegerprøven.

I am a fan of the quick clean. My friends are anal ones. They spend 2-4 hours cleaning an AK.

@glockman1727ak47
Heh, as if an AK needed that much cleaning anyway...

Pretty sure a solvent is a very bad anal lube. Hehe. I'll stick with my Astroglide or KY. XD

Yeah, those are definitely the healthier alternative. But what do I know, maybe some rednecks swear by gun oil. XD

Nice pistol! I want a gun, bad. Even airsoft is illegal here though, so thats not going to work out.

Yes, you're right, sometimes I'm a bit careless about the direction from which I insert the cleaning rod.

Ballistol, the universal wonder potion. I wouldn't be surprised to hear someone say it cured their cancer...
SkallagrimNilsson 3 months ago
You can use Ballistol for pretty much everything. Great stuff. It doesnt demage your skin and it doesnt smell as bad as WD-40.
I wonder if you could use it for cooking. lol

@RhodiesNeverDie
Who knows, in an "emergency" situation you might even use it as anal lube. XD

@SkallagrimNilsson Hell, why not? But right now I dont want to think about that, cause I'm about to eat dinner.
