To me, darker hairs go better with light skin colours, giving out inexplicable striking contrast and will probably even make you look younger. This also applies to eyes btw. I've been to UK & France, as well as encounter many Caucasians when i visited Singapore and i have to say that the obvious advantage Asians have over Caucasian is probably the skin. Juz my opinion, nobody's perfect.
