Just a tip. Don't use a Teflon pan if you can avoid it. Use a griddle or cast iron pan instead. As you can see by the browning of your pancakes, it is not even from middle to edge. This means that the heat was not distributed evenly. Also, It looks like your heat was to high by the very dark brown, almost black around the edges as well. always check your heat level before cooking.
