@WhatCanIsay100 Rome did not have a democracy, and neither does the United States. The Founders of the Republic - read that again: republic - knew democracy wouldn't work. They set down the truss for a nation of people to be fairly represented by their peers, whom they would elect. Not only would a democracy be difficult to maintain with 300 million people, but it would allow a small majority to oppress half the citizenry. You're right, it will fail. But this is the wrong place to say so.

My ancestors fought in the American revolutionary War! I have so many of them that participated, they were everywhere! Washington's Crossing, New York, Saratoga, Boston, etc. Oh, and they were from RI. My family also married into the Greene family in RI which means that I am a distant cousin of General Nathanael Greene. I am so proud of my heritage! : )

This is a cool video and all, but if you look at the laws in place in our country and actualy look t the constitution, you will find nothing but conflict between the 2.....the biggest growth industry in this "free country" is putting people in prisons......maybe im crazy but that alone tell me that we do not live in a free country, and that the real terrorists are the people running this country-and the world........
