Diamond cup on fzero gx on master difficulty isn't hard you just use a person with B-grip (or lower) A,B, or C boost and any body grade( I recommend the mighty hurricane, the rolling turtle, dark schneider, or a custom machine

Finish Ruby, Sapphire, Emerald and Diamond on Master.

in first? because I finished Ruby in 1st, Sapphire 2nd, never did emerald yet, and Diamond 1st

Yeah, you need to get first. Sapphire is hardest to me, because of Port Town Serial Gaps. Once you place first on that, the others should be easy for you.
