Kim may have learned from old sonnyboy and little walter records and all the rest for that matter, but he also picked up where they left off. Kim has his own tone and phrasing but can mimic all the greats TONE and PHRASING, to where if you A B them you can't tell the difference. It was Kim who played harp on the cadilac records sound track.

Hi nyronut....Let's not get carried away. Not even Kim would say that! He certainly is an amazing player and a great singer, one of the best, but better than Walter & Sonny boy?...I don't think so.

Thanks for the video. It's great. Kim Wilson is my favorite harp player. I plan to see him on the Blues Cruise in October (2006). Harpsucker, you're pretty remarkable, too. I'd love to see/hear more of your stuff.
