It was corrected in the annotations that it was a pixie frog, and no I dont know how much it cost, there was no information on its tank and its been months since I went to that convention.

well its a rule that has eaither been changed or no one bothers to care about becuase just about all the pet shops around here have them. I heard that rule was made because small childeren could put them in their mouths and be exposed to salminilla (sp?) but just about all small reptiles pose that threat

yeah thats what really did happen tho my dad was a kid whe nit happen he sed you could buy alligators baby just hatched turtles of all sorts and everythign and a kid put a baby RES in his mouth and it went down his throut . i think the law is stupid if you not smart enough NOT to put a turtle in you mouth then you dont need one at all

Actually a goliath frog and an African bullfrog aren't the same thing. An African bullfrog and a pyxie frog are the same thing.

that's not a goliath frog. its a pixie/african bullfrog. goliath frogs are about 4 inches bigger and can hop around a 8 foot distance. though, goliath would be a reasonable name for a pixie.

he had no price because he wasnt for sale, african bull frogs arent allowed as pets without a special permit because they're rare and a danger to the american eco system should one ever escape.

Actually you dont need a special permit to keep african bullfrogs they are very common frogs i myself have 5 of them. the goliath frog however is extremely rare and they dont breed or survive well in captivity.
