The military has not put anyone to death since the 60s though there are individuals on death row. I think the reason for choosing a civilian trial is they will be put to death much sooner than by military tribunal. I think the venue, however, is wrong. Hopefully, they will change the venue, get the trial over (without the media coverage) and kill these bastards. Keep the media out so that any ideological rhetoric will not further pour salt into the 911 wound.

It is really SAD to see folks like yourself being used as ignorant tools. For a group who talk so much about the US Constitution you sure are scared of it! It is not just a piece of paper you carry around at your local TEA BAGGIN session...It has purpose and you will be taught what that purpose is over the coming months and years.
