mwmike,I think that where we all object is the arrogant tone of your original note-it sounds as if you are taking credit for the amazing sound of this group, which would be obtuse as well..I don't know how far off your knowledge of English is, but I suggest brushing up on some things to avoid sounding like such a jerk, regardless of who you are or what you've done. This includes any "coaching" of this group or their director, which I still find hard to believe.

I have never heard a cadence voiced in quite this way-tonic only in bass, 5th doubled in tenor and soprano, alto with the 2-3 suspension with the decresendo. I have been involved in choral music for 30 years, and it has always been the little, simple things that really get to me. Wow. When I hear this song I am as moved as I have ever been by any music, be it a Bach chorale or a Beatles's song. I honestly can'y find the words to describe what I'm feeling. Bravo UST!!
